Reality Check 2013

// SOLD OUT //

Reality Check is designed to provide students an opportunity to receive constructive feedback from experienced design professionals. This is not a job fair. The goal of the event is to practice networking, get feedback on your work and to practice telling your story. Shake hands, listen intently, inquire thoughtfully, and position yourself professionally.

EVENT ESSENTIALS
• 7 - 12 pieces
• Process and thumbnail sketches for at least two pieces to discuss your work.
• You may present interactive work on personal laptop. (Remember to charge your battery. You will not have access to the Internet.)
• For time saving purposes screen shots of interactive work are also acceptable.
• Bring copies of your professional résumé.

WHAT TO BRING
Students must bring a professional résumé and portfolio. They don’t have to be perfect, bring your best work and be prepared to talk about your thought process. Treat this as you would a job interview. Attire is business casual.
